Policies
We encourage parents and students to follow our policies:
- Call the school if your child is to be absent for any reason.
- There will be a reasonable time period to observe each child. The center reserves the right to request withdrawal or reassignment of any child if it is determined that the child is unable to adjust to the class.
- No refunds will be given if a child is withdrawn during the month.
- Two weeks notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from school or full tuition will be charged. Any changes in schedule, address, phone numbers, or emergency contact needs to be given to the office.
- Conferences with parents are held in October and March. The parent or teacher may ask for additional conferences to help your child through the school process.
- If your child is a returning student, outstanding fees must be made current before the first day of school.
